Terms And Conditions

• Minimum driver age of 16 years old; drivers under 18 require a waiver signed by a parent or guardian
• Minimum passenger age of 7 years old
• Maximum of two people per watercraft, including driver; combined weight limit of 200kg
• Watercraft must be operated responsibly, with riders liable for damage caused by negligence or misuse
• Operation is not permitted under the influence of alcohol or impairing substances, and all experience provider rules must be followed
