• Participants are expected to comply with staff directions
• Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle
• Please note tropical North Queensland Waters have an increased risk or shark, jellyfish and crocodile activity
• Swimming and snorkelling on the tour are not supervised and at the discretion of guests
• In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances resulting in tour cancellation, participants will be provided with an alternate tour date or a refunded in full
• This experience is wheelchair accessible and guide dog friendly, please contact the experience provider directly in advance
• Disruptive or intoxicated passengers may be refused travel
