• All participants must be confident open-water swimmers (200m)
• Medical form required; doctor clearance needed for specific conditions
• Participants assume all inherent ocean risks and release liability
• Damage to any hired gear is payable by the participant
• No dive certification is required, but participants must be in good health and physically fit
• This experience operates seasonally from June to November, subject to weather and whale migration conditions
• This is a small group experience; maximum of eight participants plus guide and skipper
