Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations incur a 10% administration fee, regardless of the amount of notice given for the cancellation
• Cancellation 8 or more days before your tour date = Full refund less 10% admin fee or re-schedule
• Cancellation 3-7 days before your tour date = 75% refund or substitute another participant
• Cancellation 1-2 days before your tour date = Nil refund or substitute another participant
