Terms And Conditions

• Minimum age for bike hire is six years
• Children aged 14 to 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult
• Participant changes are allowed, please contact experience provider
• In extreme weather conditions the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled
• Single or double child carrier option available at additional cost
• Spectators are welcome and can either walk or take the shuttle bus to meet the group at the endpoint
• If you’re new to E-bikes, please inform the experience provider prior to departure
• This is a self-guided experience, there is no guide with you
• Credit card or driver’s license, and security deposit are required and held for the duration of your hire

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
