• We usually visit Crystals on the morning tour at 6:30am, and Behana in the afternoon tour at 12pm but that can change based on weather and the ages of guests that day who are participating.

Time

• Tours depart Cairns City at approximately 6.30am

Departure Location

• The experience departs at Bus Bay #7, Reef Fleet Terminal (1 Spence St, Marlin Marina) – 15 minutes before your tour time.

What To Bring

• Shoes with good grip that will get wet
• Change of clothes if you feel like getting warm and dry afterwards

• Minimum age of participation is 8 years old
• Anyone under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
• Maximum participant weight is 125kgs
• Minimum of four passengers to operate tour
• These tours are not suitable for those with spinal issues, or who are pregnant
• No alcohol - (Zero tolerance towards alcohol and/or drug abuse)

Cancellation Policy

• 50% cancellation fee will apply if a tour is canceled within 72 hours of travel date
• 100% non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours of travel date
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
