Terms And Conditions

• If you are aware of any existing medical conditions, please call the operator before booking, as some medical conditions may prevent you from diving
• All snorkellers aged 65 and over are required to wear a snorkel vest during snorkelling sessions
• All introductory divers aged over 60 must have an Australian Standards Medical by a dive doctor prior to travelling
• A $15 per person Reef Levy is included
• For groups exceeding four persons, 48 hours' notice for cancellation is required without charge
• For groups exceeding seven persons, a seven-day notice for cancellation is required without charge

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
