Duration

• The flight duration is approximately one hour
• The duration of the full experience (including travel time, setup, pack-up, and breakfast) takes 7 to 7.5 hours

Terms And Conditions

• Minimum age is six years old
• Unfortunately, ballooning is not suitable for babies or children under the age of six due to safety regulations and the nature of the experience
• Children passengers must be tall enough (generally over 120cm)
• Passengers over 130kg need to contact the experience provider
• Spectators are welcome (must travel independently)
• Extreme weather may cause cancellation, the provider will reschedule
• For safety reasons, the provider is unable to fly passengers who are pregnant
• Please contact the experience provider to discuss accommodation requests

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
