• Guests can only participate in water activities if they can swim and speak English
• Participant changes are allowed
• There will be a maximum of 29 guests onboard
• Charters will need 10 guests for tour to depart
• If the provider cancels due to weather you will need to go back to your booking agent

• Operator may cancel if severe weather, low numbers or mechanical issues

Terms And Conditions

• Cancellations or changes can be made up to 24 hours before tour departure with your agent. Cancellations within 24 hours result in full forfeiture
• Failure to attend a booked tour or charter will result in forfeiture of all payments.
• Charter times may not align with visiting cruise ship schedules. If tenders leave Port of Airlie Marina before 4:30 pm, please verify with your cruise ship before booking. Refer to this article on docking details and transfer to Coral Sea Marina
• If tenders are delayed or don’t make it to shore, the tour is forfeited. Losses must be claimed through travel insurance
• To avoid disappointment, confirm embarkation and disembarkation times with the cruise ship

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
