• Is there wheelchair access on board? Yes! There is restricted access to bathrooms and upstairs viewing areas while on board. However there are excellent 360 degree viewing areas on the lower decks. Please contact the experience provider for further information on wheelchair access.
• Is the ocean water rough? The vessel is specially designed for Ocean Cruising and the highly experienced Captain is an expert at cruising in open waters. If you have any questions regarding the open seas, please give the experience provider a call.
• Will I get sea sick? Not everybody experiences motion sickness however if you are unsure about if you suffer from motion sickness we highly recommend you consult a pharmacy or medical professional for some easily available over the counter remedies.
• Are there toilets onboard? There are designated women's and mens toilets onboard.
• How big is the boat? The MV Jerry Bailey is a 21 M vessel, specially designed to handle ocean conditions. We make sure there is plenty of room on board to move around and take plenty of photos. We will never over crowd the vessel.
• Can I have a vegetarian lunch option? Yes, Vegetarian and specific dietary requirements can be catered for with sufficient notice.

• Whale watching season is between May and October
• If you are prone to seasickness it is recommended that you speak to your pharmacist about preventative measures before you board as the crew cannot provide medication
• Vegetarian and specific dietary requirements can be catered for with sufficient notice
• As whales are wild animals it cannot be guaranteed that whales are sighted on all cruises, however this is a rare occurrence and over the past 10 years, 90% of cruises have had successful whale sightings
• Where whales are not sighted guests will be offered a free trip with three years validity
• In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider
• Maximum of 95 participants

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
