Sydney Whale Watching Speed Boat Tour - 2 Hours

Boarding from The Rocks, quickly zip out to Rose Bay to pick up some extra passengers before setting out on this two hour experience, full speed out of the harbour. Out in the Tasman Sea, keep your eyes open for the magnificent creatures who may burst from below the surface, putting on an incredible show. Your experienced skipper will be navigating this giant purpose built fast boat whilst staying in contact with surrounding vessels, helping to find the most friendly and approachable whale pods. If no whales are spotted on this tour, each passenger will be issued with a ticket to come on another whale watching tour for free during the same season. It is non-transferable and must be used by the original participant.

Departure Location

• This experience departs from Campbell's Cove Pontoon at The Rocks
• It is located at the end of the Overseas Passenger Terminal Building in front of Squire Landing Pub
• Pick up from Manly Wharf available on request
• If you are standing at the main part of Circular Quay where all the ferry leave from (wharves 1-6) then you need to walk down the left hand side of the Quay past wharf 6, the MCA and past the Overseas Passenger Terminal

What To Bring

• Warm clothes/multiple layers as offshore temperature can be significantly colder than on land
• Wind/spray jacket - jackets are available if needed
• If it's a very cold day, bring along beanies/balaclavas, gloves, jackets etc.
• Sunglasses
• Sunscreen
• Cameras are brought onboard at your own risk. The boat generally does not get wet, however this cannot be guaranteed.
• If you are prone to motion sickness please visit a pharmacy to enquire as to the appropriate remedy before travelling

Additional Information

• Minimum age is 12 years
• Maximum 25 passengers on each trip
• Passengers with back, neck, shoulder or heart conditions, those who are pregnant or who have injuries/conditions that may cause a risk to their health are not permitted to do this experience and if so, do so at their own risk
• Participants must be able to board and disembark the vessel unaided, support their own bodyweight and be able to use legs to absorb ocean bumps
• If whales are not spotted on a whale watching tour, each passenger will be issued with a ticket to come on another whale watching tour for free during the same season. It is non-transferable and must be used by the original participant.
• In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider

• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
