• The experience will now operate aboard either Heaven or Fleetwing II, depending on vessel availability on the evening. As such, we would like both vessels to be represented within the image gallery. While the vessel may vary, both boats are similar in size and layout, ensuring that guests receive the same high-quality experience regardless of which vessel is assigned.

Terms And Conditions

• Participants must be 18 years and over to consume alcohol; photo ID may be required
• Arrive at the wharf 15-20 minutes prior to departure time
• The cruise does not contain a guided tour; sunset not guaranteed
• Boarding from this location requires a small step from wharf to vessel so the crew can assist as required
• Cruise duration includes boarding and disembarking

Cancellation Policy

• You may reschedule or request a refund up to seven (7) days prior to your scheduled departure date.
• Any rescheduling requests or refund requests must be made in writing and emailed to info@seasydneyharbour.com.au.
• Requests received within seven (7) days of the booked departure date will incur either a 100% cancellation fee if you request a refund, or a 50% fee if you request a reschedule.
• Any proposed rescheduled date must be within twelve (12) months of the original booking date; otherwise, you will be deemed to have cancelled the booking and no refund will be provided.
• You may make only one (1) rescheduling request per booking.
• All rescheduling requests are subject to acceptance by Sea Sydney Harbour and may be approved or declined at its sole discretion.
• If pricing for the new date differs from the original booking, you will be required to pay the difference, or if the new price is lower, the difference will be credited back to you.
