Experience the best of Queenstown with Ride Your Way, providing door-to-door bike hire and delivery service. Our premium rentals include Giant Talon E and Trek Powerfly 4 e-bikes, as well as Trek Marlin 6 mountain bikes, complete with safety gear and detailed navigation tools. Customise your journey or choose from a variety of trails, such as the Half-Day Wakatipu ride, Kelvin Heights Sculpture Trail and Full-Day Arrowtown Adventure each featuring scenic and culinary highlights.

Departure Location

• You can start your bike ride from Queenstown Gardens, 16 Park Street, 135C Glenda Drive or your Queenstown accommodation at 9:30am . Please specify your preference when booking.

What To Bring

• Bring with you comfortable footwear, suitable clothing (ideally shorts, riding pants or tights), rain jacket, sunscreen, sunglasses, water bottle, camera, money for stopping points

Additional Information

• Bikes are all 2022 - 2024 models for the ultimate riding experience.
• Staff are contactable at all times in case an unfortunate break down or accident should occur.
• Bikes can be collected from a pre-decided location, they can be left locked up at a convenient location.
• Shuttles can be added last minute if the weather was to turn whilst you are exploring, or the legs can't go on (extra charges).
• Bikes sizes S, M, L and XL, suitable for heights of 120cm-198+ cm
• There's a minimum of 2 bikes for a delivery
• Junior Adventurer Trailers Hire - Ideal for young adventurers! This secure setup comfortably fits either 1 child or 2 infants, with a maximum weight limit of 45kg
• Junior Tandem Bikes - will need to rent an adult bike also

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience​
• Cancellations are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience​
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience​
• We will cancel in the unlikely event of torrential rain

Booking Information

• Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
• Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
• Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction
