• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times whilst interacting with our animals
• Please don't run near to, or chase our animals
• Dogs are not allowed in, or near our petting zoo. They are allowed in the car park but must be on a lead at all times
• Please don't shout at our animals. If noise levels are kept low it ensure a better environment for guests and our furry friends
• Drones are banned in Lake Tekapo due to our local airport. They also scare our animals so please do not use them
• Strictly no smoking or vaping
• No outside food

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience​
• Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience​
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
