What To Bring

• Long comfortable pants, suitable sturdy closed covered footwear (no large heels, crocs or sandals permitted), sunscreen/insect repellent
• A water bottle and sunglasses are also recommended
• A phone or small camera is recommended to capture your memories (your responsibility)

Terms And Conditions

• Helmets and wet weather jackets if required, helmets are worn at all times when riding a horse
• Check in time is 15 minutes prior to ride departure (we do not hold any rides so please be on time)
• Min age 8 years old
• All children 16 years old and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
• Maximum weight limit is 95kg
• For the safety of all involved, all clients must understand and be able to communicate in English

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 7 days before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
• Late arrivals or no-shows will result in forfeiting your experience, and no refunds or reschedules will be offered.
