Terms And Conditions

• Minimum of two and a maximum of eight participants
• Children under 12 must be in a double kayak with an adult, unless experienced
• Maximum weight of 100kg
• In the event of rain or inclement weather, your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider
• This is a seasonal experience operating in the warmer months of October to May only

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
