• Please allow 30 minutes for the whole experience, including the safety briefing
• The jet boating portion of this experience is 10 minutes in duration

Terms And Conditions

• Minimum height is 1.2 metres
• Children ages 10 to 15 years old can ride unaccompanied as long as a guardian on sight
• Children younger than 10 years old must ride with a guardian over the age of 16 years old
• Guardian consent is required for participants under 16 years old
• A minimum number of participants is needed for the experience to go ahead
• Child rates apply to participants 15 years old and under
• Participants with neck and back injuries should consult a physician prior to booking
• Please inform of any injuries at the time of booking
• This experience is not suitable for pregnant women

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
