Additional Information

• Check in is 15 minutes prior to the tour start time
• Free parking, luggage and bag storage are available at the departure location
• Participants will be provided with a life jacket and spray coat. When necessary, cold weather accessories will also be provided. It is best to wear clothes to suit the weather that can get wet
• Throughout the experience participants will be sprayed with water however, they will not be soaked
• Tours operate with a minimum of 1 and a maximum of 11-13 participants
• This tour is not suitable for infants under 18 months old
• Devices and cameras are welcome on the tour. Participants are responsible for any damage that may occur to these items
• The guide will deliver live commentary in English. Translated commentary may be available by recording. Written safety briefings are available in multiple languages and must be understood by all passengers
• Both standard hardtail bikes and Electric hardtail bikes are available each option is accompanied by a helmet
• The electric hardtail bike is recommended for participants who are not confident in their physical ability
• Mountain bike trail is a distance of 10.5km (7 miles)
• Difficulty for the mountain bike trail is 1-2. The trail is un-sealed and undulation with moderate inclines
• Bike ride is self guided however, the trail is well marked and easy to follow.
• Participants are ale to stop throughout the bike ride and travel at their own pace
