Location

• We meet at Sofi’s Lounge, in the lobby of the Melbourne Sofitel at 25 Collins Street (the Spring St. end).
• The launch site is chosen by the pilot based on the wind directions in the morning.

What To Bring

• A warm jacket
• Comfortable layers of clothing
• Sturdy closed-toe shoes and warm socks. We will be walking on grass and parkland, so heels are not acceptable. Your feet may get wet so bring a change of socks.
• A hat, cap, or beanie. The burners radiate heat, so we recommend a hat or a beanie in winter.
• Sunglasses
• Gloves in winter
• Camera

Additional Information

• Must be able to stand up for the duration of the flight (approximately one hour)
• Minimum age is seven years
• Minimum height 130 cm
• Not suitable for those that are pregnant, wheelchair users or those recovering from recent surgery

Terms And Conditions

• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult
• Minimum fitness level required. Passengers must be able to climb into the basket and stand for roughly one hour
• Please inform the provider of any existing medical conditions before the flight, e.g. back problems
• Once confirmed, you will receive flight details and confirmation from the provider. It is your responsibility to follow this up if it is not received
• This experience is not suitable for people who are pregnant
• Minimum age is seven years
• Minimum height: 130 cm
• Between 48 hours and 7 days before the flight departure, a reschedule fee of $50 per person will apply to any flight rescheduled
• If you purchase the Midweek Non-Refundable Ticket, you’ll enjoy a special discounted rate. While the ticket is non-refundable, in the event of a flight cancellation, you’ll have the flexibility to reschedule your experience within 36 months from your original booking date.
