• The tour guide will be carrying a blue umbrella will meet guests in the reserve next to the fountain
• The tour will be conducted in English
• Maximum of 12 participants
• Participants should be able to walk and stand for the duration of the tour
• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Controlled pedestrian crossings are used during the tour with the exception of crossing laneways, guests are responsible to look out for their own safety
• This experience is wheelchair and stroller accessible
• Please advise of any accessibility requirements or health needs at booking
• All tour guides are qualified in first aid at level two
