• Adult prices apply for ages 16 and above
• Child prices apply for ages 15 and below
• Large bags, strollers, prams, baby capsules, luggage and walkers cannot be brought on board
• This experience is not wheelchair accessible
• The touring vehicles lack ramps, handrails or onboard storage space for mobility aids
• Flash photography is not permitted at the Penguin Parade due to animal welfare concerns.

Cancellation Policy

• You can change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience.
• No changes are allowed within 24 hours of the experience start time.
• Late arrivals or no-shows will result in forfeiture of your experience, with no refunds or rebooking options available.
• Please note that a “cancellation” also includes a change to the date of a tour booking that requires the original booking to be cancelled.
• All modifications (rebookings, cancellations, or refunds) must be made through the booking platform. The booking platform will inform the tour operator of any changes.
