• Tours are subject to weather conditions. Should a tour be cancelled by Lady Musgrave Experience, passengers will be offered an alternative date, credit for use at a later time or a full refund

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 72 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 72 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
