• You are booking a date and time for your Jet Boating experience. Once you have completed this experience the team will provide you with your tickets to GC Aqua Park.

Additional Information

• Minimum age of participation is 5 years
• Arro Jet requires that guests 15 years and under must travel with an adult
• GC Aqua Park requires children under 10 years to be accompanied by a paying adult (ratio of 1 adult to 2 children)
• Passengers will be required to complete a Waiver of Liability prior to boarding
• All participants under the age of 18 will need a parent/legal guardian to sign the waiver for them before participation on their first visit
• The minimum height requirement for Arro Jet is 110cm
• Arro Jet life jackets are rated to carry a maximum weight of 150kg 
• Guests who are pregnant, suffer from back or neck injuries or suffer from a serious heart condition or injury are not allowed to ride on the jet boat
• All participants must be able to swim
• For safety reasons, the Aqua Park park may close if there is lightning within a 5km radius of the park

Terms And Conditions

• Children under 5 years old or smaller than 1.2m in height cannot participate.
• Children 5 - 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
• Guests who are pregnant, suffer from back or neck injuries or suffer from a serious heart condition or injury are not allowed to ride.

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience

Booking Information

• Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
• You will be provided tickets to GC Aqua Park after you have completed your Jet Boating experience. The team from Arro Jet will provide you with this.
• Passengers will be required to complete a Waiver of Liability prior to boarding
• Mobile Vouchers are accepted! - Vouchers can also be presented on your mobile device for this attraction
• Availability was accurate at the time of booking however, is subject to change due to circumstances out of our control
• For your information, complete Tour Operator Information including contact details is included on your tour voucher
• We strongly suggest reconfirming your booking with the tour operator within 24 hours of making your booking and prior to making other travel arrangements
