Time

• Cruises depart daily from the Stokes Hill Wharf at 6pm and return at 8pm. Boarding commences at 5.30pm
• Please ensure you check in at Dock 3 at 5.30pm. Gates close at 5.50pm. Any arrivals after 5.50pm, will not be guaranteed and will be considered a no show.

Departure Location

Our cruises depart from Dock 3, located at the very end of Stokes Hill Wharf, City Side. Our crew members will meet guests under the large white umbrellas and will commence boarding 30 minutes prior to the cruise departure time.

• Please note the provider is unable to accommodate individuals who require mobility aids such as wheelchairs and walkers due to tidal effects on the ports gangways.
• Guests must possess a reasonable level of mobility to board and disembark the vessel.
• Guests are permitted to bring collapsable walkers and walking sticks as necessary.

If we cancel your Journey for reasons other than Force Majeure (see below), we will endeavour to accommodate you on alternative dates. If that is not possible or if alternative dates are not suitable for you, then we will at your election refund you or issue you with a Credit Note equal to the Price received by us.
