• Maximum of 12 participants
• Minimum age is seven years old
• Solo bookings will be paired with another guest
• Children aged seven to 13 must kayak with an adult
• Guests under 18 must be signed in by a parent or guardian
• Maximum weight limit is 120kg per person or 200kg per double kayak
• First-time kayakers may be matched with experienced paddlers for safety
• Swimming is not permitted due to the presence of marine life such as sharks and stingrays
• Medical conditions (e.g., epilepsy, asthma, cardiovascular conditions), pregnancy, and any injury, disability, disease, or illness that may affect safe participation must be disclosed prior to booking
• Weather conditions can be unpredictable, and guides will assess safety at the time of the tour. If the tour is deemed unsafe, you’ll receive a credit to rebook or may request a full refund
• Dry bags are available on kayaks for storing valuables
