• Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult
• Children under three attend free; parents are asked to ensure a calm and peaceful atmosphere for all guests
• Valid pensioner, health, seniors, and Australian or international student cards are accepted
• Free entry is available for companion cardholders and support workers
• Participants must present a valid concession card prior to the start of the tour
• Minimum of six participants or 10 on Fridays and weekends
• This experience is weather-dependent and may be cancelled if cloud cover prevents star visibility
• In the event of a weather cancellation, participants will be notified by email at 1pm on the day of tour
• This experience is wheelchair accessible
