• Follow all instructions provided by the skipper and crew
• Wildlife encounters cannot be guaranteed as all animals are wild and free roaming
• Participants must remain seated while the vessel is underway unless instructed otherwise by the crew
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times
• Not recommended for participants with severe back or neck conditions
• Not suitable for participants unable to safely board and disembark the vessel
• Infants under 2 years are not permitted
• All minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult
• Pregnant participants should consult their doctor prior to booking
• A minimum of 4 participants is required for the tour to proceed
• Maximum capacity is 10 participants
• Spectators are not permitted and all participants onboard must hold a valid booking
• Participant name changes and substitutions are permitted up to 24 hours prior to departure, subject to availability
• Tours operate in most weather conditions and in the event of unsafe sea conditions or severe weather may be postponed or cancelled, with an alternative date or a full refund offered
• Participants must be able to independently board and disembark the vessel via a small step and ladder
