• Children four years old and younger may travel for free
• Children's tickets are valid for ages between five and 14 years old
• Participant changes are permitted if the experience provider is notified at least 48 hours prior to the original booking
• Please advise at booking any mobility issues or medical ailments that make impact your ability to participate
• In the event of rain or inclement weather your experience will still go ahead unless contacted by the experience provider
• Please advise of any dietary requirements at the time of booking
• In the event that no whales are sighted, participants will receive a refund

Cancellation Policy

• Change your booking up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience
• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
