Additional Information

• Check-in for all tours closes 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time, to allow for internal shuttle transfer.
• We recommend checking in at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time.
• We are unable to deliver this experience to infants or children under 5.
• Please allow up to 1hour 40mins for the tour and transportation to and from the hatchery.
