• Minimum age is 12yrs
• Photography is welcomed, but videography is not allowed
• Wētā Workshop Unleashed is located on level 5 at 88 Federal St, Auckland (opposite the Sky Tower). We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your booked time - there is lots to explore on the 5th floor
• We are a quick 10-minute walk from Britomart, Auckland’s central bus and train station, and the Intercity bus terminal is right on our doorstep. For public transport, please refer to the AT website
• Auckland Explore Bus: You can also jump on the Auckland Explore Bus, where you can hop on and hop-off at some of the city's biggest attractions, including Wētā Workshop Unleashed, as part of the available pass. Check out their website for details
• Carparking is available at the SkyCity Main Site. This is Auckland's biggest car park, boasting 1,960 parks accessible from three entries, full-time security and surveillance, and well-lit maintained facilities

Cancellation Policy

• To cancel an existing booking, please contact +64 4 909 4035 or email bookings@wetaworkshop.co.nz with your booking reference and full name. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response
• If cancellation is made within 24 hours of arrival, there is no refund available
• If cancellation is made within 48 hours of arrival, we will refund 50% of the total booking price
• If a tour is cancelled by Wētā Workshop, we can reschedule your tour to another day that suits you or offer a full refund
• Where you are entitled to a refund, the refund will be made to the same credit card that you used to confirm the booking

• Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the experience
