What To Bring

• Loose fitting clothes appropriate for the weather
• Weather appropriate jacket, it can get quite chilly on a cool day
• Hair ties or scrunches if you have long hair
• Closed toed shoes are required, Sneakers are sufficient
• Please bring plenty of water, approximately 0.5 litre per hour for hot days
• Bring your own lunch and snacks for the day
• Sunscreen and Sunglasses are recommended for sunny days

Terms And Conditions

• Minimum age is 10 years
• Must have a reasonable level of fitness, e.g., walk briskly for 15 minutes without being out of breath
• We can cater for all levels of experience from beginners to advanced
• Minimum of three participants
• All adventure activities are outdoor based and are therefore subject to weather
• The operators have the right to refuse anyone if they feel the safety of them or of others is in some way compromise

Cancellation Policy

• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
