• BYO picnic lunch permitted
• Meals are not included but are available to purchase on-site
• Private group tours available upon request, at an additional rate
• Child rate is ages four to 15; adult is 16 years and over
• Koala experience is not guaranteed and can be cancelled at the discretion of the park for koala welfare management
• Wheelchairs are available on request at Cleland Wildlife Park
• Due to space restrictions, the bus is unfortunately unable to carry any wheelchairs
• The experience provider may alter a tour or service at any time prior to departure due to, but not limited to, extreme weather conditions, safety considerations, park closures, or unforeseen circumstances outside of its control
• Minimum of four and a maximum of 13 participants
• In extreme weather conditions, the tour may be cancelled if safety is a concern, you will be contacted by the provider and rescheduled

• Changes are not permitted within 48 hours of your experience
• Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
